A major focus of Dr. Bhadriraju’s practice is the integration of advanced digital dentistry and 3D printing technology. His current practice utilizes in-office 3D printing and digital workflows to streamline treatment and, when clinically appropriate, provide patients with same-day tooth replacement solutions. By incorporating digital technology into treatment planning and fabrication, Dr. Bhadriraju and his team are able to provide efficient, modern solutions while reducing treatment time for appropriate cases.
Dr. Bhadriraju has a particular interest in dental implants and full-arch rehabilitation, including treatment for patients with missing, failing, or severely damaged teeth. He has experience with comprehensive implant cases and “Teeth in a Day” treatment, helping patients understand their options for replacing teeth and restoring their ability to smile, speak, and eat comfortably.
In addition to implant dentistry, Dr. Bhadriraju provides orthodontic treatment, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive general dental care. His approach is to evaluate the patient’s overall oral health rather than simply treating individual teeth. He considers the teeth, bite, gums, function, aesthetics, and long-term prognosis when developing an individualized treatment plan.
Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Bhadriraju had an unconventional and highly successful career in music. Growing up in Glendale, Arizona, he co-founded the heavy metal band Job for a Cowboy and was one of the band’s founding guitarists.
Job for a Cowboy went on to develop an international following, tour extensively, and achieve significant commercial success. Dr. Bhadriraju was involved during the band’s formative years, including the development of the band’s early recordings and the DOOM EP and Genesis album. Genesis reached No. 54 on the Billboard 200, giving Dr. Bhadriraju the unique experience of being part of a nationally recognized recording and touring band.
His years as a musician taught him lessons that continue to influence his career as a dentist, including discipline, creativity, precision, teamwork, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure. Building a successful band from the ground up also gave him an appreciation for entrepreneurship, innovation, and creating an exceptional experience for others.
Dr. Bhadriraju eventually transitioned from music to dentistry, combining his scientific education with his creative background. His undergraduate studies in biochemistry at Arizona State University provided a strong scientific foundation before he pursued his DMD at Midwestern University.
Today, he enjoys bringing together the analytical side of science with the artistic and technical aspects of dentistry. This combination is particularly valuable when planning cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, and implant cases where both function and aesthetics are important.
Dr. Bhadriraju believes that excellent dentistry begins with communication, education, and trust. He takes time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals and explains treatment options in a straightforward manner. He believes patients should understand their diagnosis, treatment options, benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes before making decisions about their care.
He particularly enjoys helping patients who have complicated dental needs or who may feel overwhelmed by extensive dental treatment. By combining comprehensive treatment planning, advanced technology, and individualized care, he strives to make complex dentistry more predictable, efficient, and understandable.
