Before your first appointment, please have your health history, insurance information, and contact details ready. When you arrive, our team will help you with your new patient paperwork and explain important office information so you feel prepared and comfortable from the start.
Scheduling is easy. You can call us at (480) 382-0337, contact our office through the website, or request an appointment online. If something changes after you book, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other patients.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our team in the lobby and given new patient paperwork to complete. We will ask for your health questionnaire, insurance information, and contact information, and we will also walk you through office details such as patient privacy and what to expect during your visit.
Your initial dental exam usually takes about one hour. During that visit, our team will learn more about your oral hygiene routine and health concerns, your dental hygienist will clean your teeth, and Dr. Mark Scilley will complete your exam and recommend any needed treatment.
